BetAlice Login FAQ

  • How do I log in to BetAlice if I’m on my phone and can’t find the sign-in button? Open the BetAlice site or app and tap Log in on the top bar; on smaller screens it may sit inside the menu icon. Enter your email or username and password, then confirm.
  • What should I do if BetAlice says my password is wrong even though I’m sure I’m typing it right? Turn off autocorrect, check Caps Lock, and retype the password manually. If it still fails, use Forgot password to reset it and sign in with the new one.
  • Can I log in to BetAlice with my phone number instead of my email? BetAlice accepts the login method you used at registration, so phone-number login works only if your account was created with a verified number. If you registered by email, sign in with that email and password.
  • How do I get back into BetAlice if I don’t have access to my old email anymore? Use the site’s Help or Support contact option and ask for an account access update; you’ll need to pass identity checks. After support updates your contact details, you can reset the password and log in.
  • What do I do if BetAlice keeps logging me out every time I close the browser? Enable cookies for the site and avoid private/incognito mode, because it clears session data. If you’re using a blocker or strict privacy setting, whitelist BetAlice and sign in again.
  • Can I stay logged in on BetAlice, or will it always ask me to sign in again? If your device is private, you can use the Remember me option to keep the session active longer. On shared devices, skip it and log out manually to prevent account access by others.
